CEO : Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank’s for coming. It’s 2 p.m, let’s start.
We are here today to identify our demands going down recently, and we have two problem. First, we will talk about more competitors selling in our similar tours. After that, we will discuss about the customers complain is disorganized. Would you like to tell us about our sales?
Head of MT : Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today, I’m going to talk about change of our sales period January to May. First of all let’s look on January. We can see that sales were around 40 order. Rising to 43 in February and 46 in March before falling to 35 in April and decrease until 33 in May.
CEO : What do you think about this?
Head of PT : Okay thank you Mr. Adi, We know it already, the development of technology makes people want everything in instant, and this what makes another tour companies are increasing. This will affect us, for surely. How about find out a new marketing strategy?
Head of CS : I think you’re wrong. I’m sure that our marketing strategy is very good. But we should to increase in promotion sector.
CEO : I think so. What should we do?
Head of MT : I think Ms. Larasati is right . We ought to increase our promotion to upgrade our demand.
CEO : New marketing strategies sounds really great. In order to write the new ones, we have to do an observation first, what do you think?
Head of CS : I definitely agree with that. We can’t just come out with new strategies without thinking it first. We have to do the observation, asking the people, find out what is on trending now, or more.
Head of PT : I agree. We have to know what are our customers needs. And, I think after we found new marketing strategies, we also have to improve our promotion to make our customer know about the benefits if they used our tour.
CEO : I think the suggestion is great. Alright, now lets move to the second problem. It’s about our customer service’s quality. There has been so many complaints about this, most of them are saying that our management sometimes is disorganized. This is also a very serious problem. The customers will feel annoyed and maybe they will not use our tour again. We have to remember that customer’s satisfied is our main priority. What happened? (Asks to the head of CS)
Head of CS : I’m really sorry, Sir. I have tried talking this with my members and we have tried to fix this, but it didn’t work.
CEO : I see. Any of you have an idea?
Head of MT : The only way to fix this is we have improve our service to the customer. I have seen that some of your members aren’t friendly to our customers, they’re just serving them quietly and just focus on the computer screen.
Head of PT : You could tell them not to always focus on the screen, the customers will feel like they’re ignored.
CEO : Ya, tell them to smile more, and talk more. I suppose they’re like that because they’re nervous meeting new faces. You could tell them to be relax. Could you?
Head of CS : (Nods) I will tell them right away, Sir.
CEO : Now that we have found the solutions, I will close this meeting. Please do your job as soon as possible, we don’t have much time. Set up the things and go observe, also tell to your members. We will talk about the progress of these on the next week. Thankyou.
